MESSAGE FROM AMANDAR İNŞAAT CEO
Since 2019, I live in Trabzon, Gulf Arabs’ top summer vacation spot. Recently, a small Lebanese community formed in Trabzon (24 families) with Lebanese interest increasing.
I volunteered my time to help Lebanese settle in Trabzon. Many Lebanese in the Gulf asked for help in securing Turkish Residency for future retirement, or to relocate their families.
Lebanese Expats living in the Gulf feel less secured, forced to accept lower wages or asked to leave. Prohibitive costs forced them to keep their families in Lebanon.
Lebanese Expats realize that Lebanon is no longer a suitable place and many expressed their wish to relocate their families to Turkey with the only secured residency permit being through Real Estate ownership, allowing families to apply for Turkish citizenship after 5 years.
The Lebanese economic and banking crisis depleted most of Lebanese Expats’ savings. Today, a few can afford to buy a $60,000+ home. Those who cannot asked me if I can find them an apartment under $20,000 or around $15,000 so they can secure Turkish residency as soon as possible.
Not finding anything suitable, I felt the urge to find a solution, this inspired the rise of AMANDAR REZİDANS, a project designed to help Lebanese affordably secure a place for them in Trabzon, Turkey.
In STAGE I, the Investor/Buyer will pre-purchase a to-be-built apartment unit at projected cost as he/she will help secure the land for the project. It means that his/her unit will be about 30-40% more valuable at time of deed delivery. Only 10-12 Investors/Buyers will be eligible in STAGE I.
Respectfully yours,
Samer Osman Ramadan
CEO of AMANDAR (Dar Al-Aman)
