M y late father Osman was an Architect and a real estate developer and so is my elder brother Ziad who is a Civil Engineer and owns a construction company in the USA.  I am both an Artist and Mathematician but most importantly a Marketing Expert who studies market needs and what should be offered, plus, I also learned a lot from them. Since 2019, I live in Trabzon, Gulf Arabs’ top summer vacation spot.  Recently,  a small Lebanese community formed in Trabzon (24 families) with Lebanese interest increasing.   I volunteered my time to help Lebanese settle in Trabzon.  Many Lebanese in the Gulf asked for help in securing Turkish Residency for future retirement, or to relocate their families.
